Bird Paradise
Description
Grey heron (Ardea cinerea) on river Tisza, East-Hungary. I captured this stunning image early in the morning when a friend took me out with his boat and it´s one of the most special pictures I´ve ever taken. The river is the second longest river of Hungary and by the people is referred to as "the most Hungarian river". In the past it used to flood the Great Plains annually, fertilizing the land which was mostly used for herding large live stock.
